Yadhum oorae & Care Earth Trust – Earth Day event.
Commemorating world earth day Yadhum oorae and care earth trust together organized “Beautification of Railway stations” involving students from various schools and colleges.
Close to 75 Artists including the students and 125 volunteers a total of 200 members participated on 23rd April morning from 7am to 4pm.
Artist and Actor Siva Kumar also participated and did art along with students to encourage them.
And Alternative Media Center did skit on the importance of saving environment to spread awareness among people.
The platform 1 was painted on the theme of celebrating Chennai and saving environment.
Yadhum oorae owes to express their sincere gratitude to the Southern Railway and its authorities for their marvelous support.
We look forward to do such events in future across all Railway stations in Tamilnadu. The southern railways have expressed their willingness and support for it.
