Seema Raja starring Sivakarthikeyan and Samantha in the lead was much appreciated for the emotional and colourful content. The testimonial evidence to the same was the huge response the film got when it was televised in Sun TV. The rural base of the movie has certain elements that can be widely connected to the audience across the state borders.
